Mamta Mohandas Changes tracks!

Two years after Guru En Aalu with Madhavan, Mamta is doing a Tamil film.

She is Jayam Ravi�s heroine in Aadhi Bhagavan, directed by critically acclaimed director Ameer.

Mamta has changed tracks once again as she is back to Tamil films, which at one time she had put on the backburner. At that time she had said �that more meaningful roles came her way in Malayalam films, and do not want to waste my time doing silly films.�

Now in an interview to a Tamil daily she said: � I have realized that a commercial heroine image is more important than doing arty and realistic films. The reach of commercial cinema is more. I like my role in Aadhi Bhagavan and with a director like Ameer, I�m sure to go places.�
